My Event didn't start at Level 1! What do I do?
We are aware that some users are being shown they have played Levels in our new Halloween Event when they haven't. If you encounter this issue, please contact support and we will resolve the issue for you.
In order to resolve this issue, the support team will need access to your save data.
Make sure you are signed into the game with your Facebook account and send us the email address you use to login to minimize the amount of time it takes to fix the problem.
